In a post-apocalyptic world where machines have become the "nobles" and control politics, commerce, and justice in the city. Humans, for the fortunate ones, live underground in areas dedicated to entertainment, while the less lucky struggle to survive on the surface, constantly monitored and forced to fight for survival.
